Speed Hump 75mm Mid Section Heavy Duty

The yellow and black modular design makes this a very easy to to install a speed hump and are immediately traffic-able. The yellow and black international hazard warning colours provide excellent visibility along with the inbuilt reflective beads for night time vision. The colours remain bright and vibrant and do not flake or fade.

This speed hump is 75mm high. It is heavy duty and very effective at slowing down both passenger vehicles and larger trucks down to under 30km/hr. It is made from an injection-molded high resistant rubber compound that produces a very heavy duty crash resistant speed hump.

It is used in a wide variety of applications including controlling vehicle speeds in shopping centres, warehouses, car parks, commercial premises and private roads. They can also be used in conjunction with a sealant to channel water away from pooling zones. It can also be used as a bund for oil or solvent spills.

Speed hump installation Procedure 

ASPHALT 

1. Lay out speed humps into position.Using a string or chalk is recommended.
2. Drill the holes approximately 45mm deep using a 10mm drill bit
3. Tap in the road spike with sledge hammer and dolly into rebated hole.
4. Wind in fixing using socket wrench or impact driver.

CONCRETE

1. Lay out speed humps into position.Using a string or chalk is recommended.
2. Drill the holes approximately 20mm deep using a 10mm drill bit
3. Remove dust from holes, Tap fasteners in.
4. Wind in Fixings securely using socket wrench.
