Bitumend Asphalt Crackfix 200L Drum | Polymer Modified Bitumen

Bitumend® Crackfix is a high-performance, black polymer-modified bitumen emulsion designed for repairing cracks in both asphalt and concrete surfaces. This 200L drum is a highly cost-effective solution for larger maintenance projects, requiring no heating and no specialized heavy equipment.

Simple 3-Step Application:

1. Clean: Remove debris from the crack using a broom or compressed air.

2. Pour: Fill the crack with the emulsion (deep cracks may require a second application).

3. Seal: Use a squeegee or rag to create a protective envelope over the crack.

Performance & Coverage:

• Fast Drying: Can be driven over within 5–30 minutes of installation.

• Versatile: Suitable for any asphalt or concrete cracks under 2cm wide.

• Estimated Coverage: * $0.5\text{cm} \times 0.5\text{cm}$: 39 metres per litre.

  • 1cm x 1cm: 10 metres per litre.

  • 2cm x 2cm: 3 metres per litre.

Note: For cracks wider than 2cm, Bitumend® Coldmix is recommended.
