Hw1 has created the next generation PTL merging Class 1 and Class 2 PTL systems creating the first Tripod Vehicle activated (Auto) PTL.

Our PORTA AUTO PTL is easy to set up and can be run with no operators as seen with our Cart/Dual trailer systems, With also maunal operation options it really has it all.

The radar sensor is located in the upper half chamber protected from vandalism or similar influences, the control system offers, among other things, an improved range, the combination of up to 8 signal heads, 6 different frequencies (automatic frequency selection possible) Recurring work locations can be stored in the new user-friendly remote control.

The calculation of the red and green phases is carried out automatically by recording the construction site length and km/h indication. avoids errors and saves time. Individual adjustments are also possible. The “traffic-dependent control” is carried out via the radar sensor. The possibility of prioritising individual traffic light heads, as well as setting the phase lengths, in combination with the use of the radar sensor, simplifies complicated main and secondary road regulations.
