Bitumend® Topseal is a premium bitumen emulsion asphalt sealer designed to protect and rejuvenate all types of asphalt surfaces. It forms a tough, flexible black coating that restores appearance while slowing down oxidation and extending the life of the asphalt.

Topseal is suitable for use on:

• State highways and shoulders

• Main arterials

• City streets and subdivisions

• Car parks

• Bike paths

• Residential and commercial driveways

Application & Coverage

• Apply with a squeegee or soft broom

• Each 20L of concentrate makes 30L (after mixing with 10L water)

• Coverage varies based on surface condition:

  • Up to 3 m² per litre on smooth asphalt

  • Around 2 m² per litre on rough surfaces

• 1L = 2–3 m² coverage (depending on surface)
