Asphalt Seal Coat – 20L (Topseal)
Protect and extend the life of your asphalt with Highway 1’s Topseal Asphalt Seal Coat. This premium bitumen emulsion is engineered to preserve, protect, and enhance asphalt surfaces, while delivering a sleek black finish that rejuvenates aged pavement.

Topseal is applied directly to clean, slightly moist asphalt using a specialist roller or broom and is trafficable within 1–2 hours depending on conditions. Once cured, it forms a thin, ultra-durable, flexible bitumen layer that slows oxidation and surface degradation – saving you money on future resurfacing.

• Ready-to-use 20L pail – no dilution required

• Coverage: approx. 0.5kg/m² depending on surface condition

• Trafficable: after 1 hour (blackened) or 2 hours (dry)

• UV-resistant and anti-aging bitumen formula

• Enhances surface appearance and performance

• Suitable for sealing with anti-skid sand if required

• Ideal for warm, dry days (minimum 10°C, max RH 80%)

Important Note:
